The main audio lasts 38 minutes, but the complete experience also includes time to watch the introductory instructions, listen to the initial relaxation meditation, and gather the sensory elements that will accompany you throughout the journey.
For this reason, we suggest giving yourself between one hour and an hour and a half to experience it fully, without interruptions and at your own pace.
This preparation is also part of the journey: gathering the objects, preparing your space, and gradually entering a different atmosphere can help make the experience deeper, more intimate, and more meaningful.

With an 18-year career at Sensorama, Mexico’s first sensory theater company, Eric Bernal has participated in the creation and development of immersive experiences designed to awaken the senses, imagination, and perception.
His work explores the body as a territory of memory, sensitivity, and presence, weaving together sound, scent, touch, darkness, and storytelling to create intimate and transformative experiences.
Today, his artistic exploration focuses on creating sensory experiences that bring the knowledge of the Five Biological Laws into lived experience, inviting people to encounter them through direct perception, humanimality, and sensory memory.
